PPS, also known as Polyphenyne snlfde, is a highly rigid white powder polymer in a crystalline form (with a crystallinity of 55% -65%), with almost no shrinkage cavities during molding. Has good affinity with various inorganic materials.

Its development has shortened the gap between standard thermoplastic materials (such as PA, POM, PET…) and advanced engineering plastics. The maximum allowable working temperature in the air is very high (can work continuously at 220 ℃, and can reach 260 ℃ in a short time), maintaining high mechanical strength, stiffness, and hardness in high-temperature environments. It has superior resistance to chemical corrosion and hydrolysis, excellent wear and friction resistance, excellent dimensional stability, good UV resistance, flame retardancy, and excellent electrical insulation. When using POM, PET, PEI, and PSU has defects and P1, PEEK, and PAI are too expensive and must be replaced with more economical materials, PPS can be chosen as a substitute. Applied in chemical equipment, food processing, semiconductors, electrical insulation, and electronics industries.
