NS-302 Wave soldering and reflow soldering (photosensitive) tray tooling for ultra-high temperature resistant materials

Synthetic stone is a composite material made of glass fiber, high-temperature resistant resin, and nano reinforced materials. It is processed by CNC precision to produce electronic components that can be automatically inserted, manually inserted, wave soldering, reflow soldering, solder paste screen printing, SMT surface mounting, and online testing fixtures. Its flatness is maintained in a continuous high-temperature environment of 260-300 ℃, and the low thermal conductivity of the material can prevent substrate thermal shrinkage. During the processing, it is easy to machine and has a service life of 5000-6000 times.

Suitable for PCB and electronics industries such as insulation testing fixtures, wave soldering, reflow soldering, SMT surface mounting, furnace trays, and tin furnace fixtures.
