Synthetic stone is a composite material made of glass fiber, high-temperature resistant resin, and nano reinforcement materials. It is produced through CNC precision machining into electronic components for automatic insertion, manual insertion, wave soldering, reflow soldering, solder paste screen printing, SMT surface mounting, and online testing fixtures. It maintains its flatness in a continuous high temperature environment of 260-300 ℃, and its low thermal conductivity can prevent substrate thermal shrinkage. During the processing, it is easy to machine and has a service life of 5000-6000 times.

LED tray composite stone is a composite material made of glass fiber, high temperature resistant resin, and nano reinforcement materials. This material is a high-performance material developed independently by our company specifically for the LED industry tray. It has a large size and complex design, and other composite materials are difficult to meet its stability and deformation resistance. Its service life is 7000-8000 times。
