1. In terms of temperature adaptability
-The temperature curve of reflow soldering includes preheating zone, constant temperature zone, reflow zone, and cooling zone, with a peak temperature generally between 220-240 ℃. Synthetic stone materials can maintain good performance within this temperature range without deformation, brittleness, or other issues. Its thermal stability enables the fixture to work stably during the heating and cooling cycles of reflow soldering, ensuring consistency and reliability in each welding process.
2. In terms of accuracy assurance
-Reflow soldering requires extremely high soldering accuracy, ensuring precise placement and positioning of electronic components. Synthetic stone materials have good mechanical processing properties and can be used to manufacture high-precision fixtures through CNC and other processing methods. Moreover, it can maintain good dimensional accuracy during temperature changes, which helps to achieve precise positioning of electronic components and ensure welding quality.
3. In terms of surface characteristics
-The surface of synthetic stone materials can be processed to be relatively flat and smooth, providing good contact conditions between PCB boards and heating elements. This can ensure uniform heat transfer, avoid local temperature differences caused by uneven surfaces, and reduce welding defects such as virtual welding and short circuits.
4. In terms of anti-static performance
–Synthetic stone materials usually have good anti-static properties. During the reflow soldering process, static electricity may cause damage to electronic components, but the anti-static properties of synthetic stone can effectively prevent the generation and accumulation of static electricity, protect electronic components, and improve product quality.
5. In terms of chemical stability
-During the reflow soldering process, some chemicals such as soldering flux are also used. Synthetic stone materials have good resistance to these chemicals and can resist the erosion of chemical substances such as soldering flux, ensuring the reliability and stable performance of fixtures during long-term use.
6. Cost effectiveness aspect
-The cost of synthetic stone materials is relatively reasonable while meeting the performance requirements of reflow soldering fixtures. Compared with some high-performance metal materials such as titanium alloys, it can reduce the material cost of fixtures while ensuring quality. Moreover, due to its long service life, it reduces the frequency of tool and fixture replacement, further saving costs.
