SMT Synthetic Stone is a composite material made of polished glass fiber and anti-static high mechanical strength resin. The ability to maintain its physical properties in an environment of gradually increasing temperatures allows it to achieve high standard results in the wave soldering process without deformation. High-temperature nanocomposites (composite stones) are not subjected to delamination when exposed to harsh environments such as 350°C for a short period of time and 260°C for a sustained period of time. Synthesized stone can improve the quality of PCBA in the wave soldering process, to avoid the golden finger or contact holes because of human touch and be contaminated.
