Insulated Bakelite Board, also known as glue board, phenolic laminated paperboard: insulated bakelite board has the characteristics of insulation, no static electricity, wear-resistant and high temperature resistance. Bakelite boards are made by using high-quality bleached wood paper and absorbent cotton paper as reinforcement, and phenolic resin made from high-purity, fully synthetic petrochemical raw materials as the resin binder.

When manufacturing, cellulose paper or fiberglass cloth will be immersed in the phenolic resin solution, and then through a special process and high-pressure compression molding. Bakelite boards made in this way not only have high mechanical strength, but also have excellent insulating properties and heat resistance.

Under high-pressure and high-temperature environments, bakelite boards can maintain stable electrical insulation properties and show their excellent chemical stability. Therefore, bakelite is really a very good insulator and heat-resistant helper!

Product Characteristics.
Good mechanical strength, anti-static, intermediate electrical insulation, is made of insulating impregnated paper impregnated with phenolic resin, baked and hot pressed.

Application.
Suitable for high mechanical performance requirements of electric motors, electrical equipment and insulation structure parts. Good mechanical strength, mainly used in ICT, ITE jig in the processing of insulating parts, test jig, silicone rubber button molds, jig board, mold clamping plate, countertop grinding pads, packaging machines, tea trays, combs and so on. Widely used in aerospace, automotive industry, petrochemical and other fields.
